At CMC Realty we are proud of every project we work on, no matter how big or small and we are dedicated to the success and satisfaction of all clients. Below are a few select projects we delivered on with information that will give you additional insight on CMC’s capabilities.
The Business Challenge: University Park is a 50 acre parcel of land located at the northwestern quadrant of San Antonio near I-10 and De Zavala Road. In 1997, while looking for sites to build a tech building, CMC came across this raw land that could have been developed into a tech park.
By hiring a team of architects and a civil engineer, CMC designed and constructed the roads and utilities and converted the raw land into saleable plated lots for future buildings. Remarkably, CMC themselves bought all the available lots during the next 5 years and built 6 tech buildings...more
The Business Challenge: Every corporation has its project of great pride and challenge. For CMC, it is the Blockbuster Built to Suit that was built in McKinney, Texas in 1998.

This was a sequel to the first four buildings built by CMC which are now fully leased and sold. Prior to breaking ground, the entire building was leased by a San Antonio-based medical company, KCI (Kinetic Concepts, Inc.).
In order to meet KCI’s schedule, CMC implemented its fast track construction methodology and finished the entire 80,431 square foot building, along with the interior finish-out in less than 6 months. The facility...more
