Modena is a 230 unit 5 story project directly across from Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. The project was a complex deal - CMC purchased the site from a bank that had an old drive through banking center operating on it. The bank built a new, more efficient facility on the hard corner while CMC went through the planning, rezoning and design process. The ultimate project is a podium building constructed on a 1.86 acre parcel where the old bank building once stood. Modena is conveniently located a few hundred feet from the DART station and has very easy access to many important Dallas area employment centers.
