Salil Gaitonde graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and began his career in Commercial Real Estate at CMC in 2003. He is responsible for pre-development activities, site selection, marketing and asset management. Salil has worked on several major projects from inception through disposition while at CMC including apartments, industrial/office build-to-suits and retail. Salil also functions as asset manager for any projects CMC elects to hold in its own portfolio of real estate. Salil is an active member of TREC, NAIOP and Communities In School. He is also an alumni of the prestigious TREC Associate Leadership Council and as a youth, he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
